CCF: Pan European Contracts

Companies working in the areas of technology and digital media increasingly use one set of contracts for all their European operations. But interpretations of that contract set can and do vary, sometimes substantially, from country to country. Using a scenario and structured questions to bring out commonly recurring themes, this session brings together contracts and disputes experts from four leading specialist firms – Bersay et Associes (France), SKW Schwarz (Germany), Portolano Colella Cavallo (Italy) and Kemp Little (UK) – to explore in-country variations to standard contracts and how clients can aim to reach a position where their contracts say and mean the same thing around Europe.
