The following is a conversation between Robert Kissane, Chairman of CCS Fundraising, and Denver Frederick, the Host of The Business of Giving. Non-profit organizations have kept a keen eye on both revenues and expenses since the start of the pandemic... some to amplify their services to meet increased need, others to merely survive, and still others somewhere in between.
