CCSD School Board President Steve Mullins

Steve Mullins is President of the Chillicothe City School DIstrict Board of Education. He share his thoughts on the state of the District and its construction plan a students' learning experience. The construction phase of the two new elementary buildings should be done by January 2019, but Mullins says workers got a head start on the initial work, which may speed up the time line for the 3-6 building.
