Cele on the killing of Mthokozisi Ntumba at Wits:I cannot explain what happened, somebody just went crazy

Police Minister Bheki Cele says that he cannot explain what happened at Wits University yesterday. He says it doesn't make sense. Cele says somebody just went crazy. Cele says this mater must be resolved speedily, while fully supporting the family. 35-year-old Mthokozisi Ntumba who was killed allegedly by the police yesterday during Wits University students' protest in Braamfontein. It's alleged that Ntumba had just visited a local clinic when police allegedly shot him dead. Two student journalists were also shot and wounded and have been admitted to the Milpark Hospital.
