In this special Episode of Unaligned & Unfiltered I get more vulnerable about my life surrounding the last nine years of my life and share advice and lived in experiences around Scoliosis , Spinal fusion & Grief.I also share a very real fear I had about spinal fusion and surgery not going well and possibly ending up paralyzed while this is a sensitive topic I found it important to be honest about this fear so we can start to talk about just how much mental strain, anxiety goes into preparing for a life changing surgery like this.
