Celebrating Affordable Housing: Palladium Buckner Station Groundbreaking

Palladium USA is set to break ground on Palladium Buckner Station, a $107 million mixed-income housing development in Southeast Dallas. The project will offer 304 residences, with a majority of units available at below-market rates for families earning up to 60 percent of the area median income. The ceremony on October 2, 2025, will include community leaders' remarks, a ceremonial soil turn, project renderings, refreshments, and branded promotional items, signifying a major milestone for Southeast Dallas.
