Celebrating Father’s Day: Words of Wisdom from a Dad

from Intentional Wellness©™ Parenting with Aurelie Cormier · host Aurelie Catherine Cormier NP

In this eleventh episode in our series, we will discuss the 1st Pillar of Wellness, which is Love. Of all the pillars of Well-being, it is the most important for living a longer, healthier life, not just because of Love but because being in a Community of Support and love has been found to improve the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the person and make them more resilient to illness.  In terms of our purpose here on earth, there is none more impactful than the Sacred Role of being a mom or dad.  Last month, we honored all mothers and this month, we are honoring all dads!!   Being in a Community of Support and Love, whether a child or a parent, is one of the most important keys to lifelong health as well as Preventing illness, especially when we start in Pregnancy and Young Childhood.     Watch https://youtu.be/c3lXe-TOElg
