Celebrating Great Neighbors!

Greg and Dan talk with Stacy Peterson, Communications Director for the City of Peoria, about Great Neighbor Appreciation Week and the events taking place throughout the community. She explains that the week kicked off with a community-wide cleanup on Saturday before continuing Monday with volunteer efforts supporting local nonprofits. Tuesday focuses on Code Encouragement Day, Wednesday encourages residents to support local businesses, and Thursday features the week's signature event - a community cookout from 5–7 p.m. at the Peoria Riverfront Museum Sun Plaza with food trucks, free food while supplies last, free museum admission, and more.
