Today is the first day of spring, which means celebrations are beginning for Nowruz, also known as the Persian New Year. Shelbia Jackson, founding director of the DeKalb Entertainment Commission, and Isabella Brathwaite, student filmmaker and high school senior at Dekalb School of the Arts, discuss The DeKalb County Student Film Festival.
