The female pilots of the WASP squadron are some of the unsung heroes of World War Two helping support their brothers in arms. Producers  Hilary Prentice and Jess Clackum and director  Matia Karrel have documentry the stories of these warriors with wings for an upcoming mini-series "Flygirls". Through first person recounts and research into the lives of these women, their hope is to bring the story of these military vets.We will talk to Prentice and Karrel about these heroes and their efforts to get the mini-series to the masses.In a throwback interview, we will dig back to the first year of the show and our interview with chef Kerry Simon. Simon was considered the first "Rock and Roll Chef" having several restaurants in Vegas. The Iron Chef was a star in the early days of Food Network.We lost Simon a month ago after losing hisd battle with multiple system atrophy.Simon talked to us about Thanksgiving at his restaurant and some holiday tips
