Celebrating the High Republic Era! [253]

Hello there! Welcome to Force Ghost Conversations. This podcast is your home for cozy, deep dives into all things Star Wars and Lucasfilm-adjacent properties. Each week, our host will be joined by fans, creators, and believers in the principles from the Galaxy far, far away to discuss the thematic elements from our favorite Lucasfilm properties. Without further adieu, it is time to gather around the campfire for some Force Ghost Conversations. In 2025, we saw the formal end of the High Republic era. It was an ambitious initiative from Lucasfilm publishing that carved away an entire section of Star Wars canon to be purely developed by authors. It led to some of the most compelling stories and characters for the galaxy far, far away. To celebrate its legacy, accomplishments, and storytelling acumine, Greg Cass, aka EyeOnCanon from the Long Take Review, rejoins the show. Topics Discussed Include: 1. Our Memories with Project Luminous 2. From Light of the Jedi to Trials of the Jedi 3. What's Next for Publishing? Support the show on Patreon!
