On the third episode of our Title IX series, Jessica Coody sat down with Olympian and coaching legend Carol Frost, who competed in sports before Title IX was passed.  Carol talks about the obstacles she overcame to become the first woman from Nebraska to qualify for the Olympics, how she helped launch the women’s track team at UNL, how she transitioned into coaching football, and much more.
