Celebration

When you reach a goal or hopefully go beyond the goal it is time to celebrate! In what ways do you celebrate there are five different ways in which people like to receive add a boys or add a girls. Understand them will help you see more times that your boss, owner or co-workers are trying to say thank you. Everyone wants to feel thanked and reach higher levels of success the more they are thanked! I also go over setting a big celebration when you reach a big goal!
