Celebrations of Spring – Faith, Festivals & Flavours

An open and insightful conversation exploring the panellists' experiences of spring – from a cultural and religious perspective – covering Easter, Vaisakhi, Ramadan and Eid, which all cross over within a few weeks of each other for the first time in recent years. We explore how living in a multicultural society has helped inform and educate on the variety of beliefs that shape and unite us, and touch on the commercialisation of Easter – asking the question of whether this has diluted the religious importance of this season.
