Adjusted earnings of $3.37 a share surpassed all analyst estimates in a Bloomberg survey. A key gauge of medical costs came in more favorable than Wall Street views. The company boosted its earnings outlook for the year by 40 cents a share, it said in a statement Tuesday.- Spotify (SPOT) stocks plummeted the most in more than four years after the music streaming leader gave a forecast for operating income in the second quarter that missed analysts’ estimates. The Swedish company expects operating income of €630 million ($737 million) in the current quarter, it said in a statement Tuesday. That compares with analysts’ forecasts of €674.3 million.-Coca-Cola (KO) shares rose after the company's focus on smaller sizes is paying off with cash-strapped consumers as the world’s largest beverage maker boosted sales last quarter more than expected. Atlanta-based Coca-Cola reported organic revenue growth of 10%, topping the average of analyst estimates, and notching the company’s best organic growth in five quarters.
