CEO Momma, Part I: stories of boss babes running the office & the home| Ep. 102

I had the absolute pleasure to sit down with dozens of CEO level mommas as a passion project of mine to see what we all had in common to find what the secret sauce is to successfully 'balancing' being a mom and a boss babe.  These are their stories: PhD's, Doctors, Authors, Therapists, Coaches, Exec level Corporate women, Entrepreneurs, and more. biological mommas, adoptive moms, step mommas, bonus mommas - all the things.  This was so much fun, and the main take aways: 1. there is no balance, we are always balancing.  2. having a partner is key. 99% of these women have a partner that is in all in on their dreams together and with their families. Some of these women have divorced and created a badass tribe to support them and then have since found their true love partner.  3.surrender to the YOU that is inside of you. Allow yourself to be both a mom and entrepreneur, UNAPOLOGETICALLY.  4.be flexible.  Every day is going to be different but you are fully in the mist of balancing it all  What are your takeaways?  what kinda momma are you and what are your goals for successfully balancing the CEOmomma in you?
