Blackstone is the name that the majority of people associate backyard griddle cooking with and it's also the brand leading the way when it comes to units sold! Tonight we talk to Roger about the state of griddle cooking from a business perspective and where he sees it going over the next few years. You might recall there were extensive renovations to Tom Lee Park recently and the MIM Festival this year evidentially did EXTENSIVE damage to the park...to the tune of $1.4 million dollars!!! The Memphis in May International Festival is being required to pay a little more than $675,000 to the Memphis River Parks Partnership to remedy those repairs and it's due on August 12th. Could this spell the end of MIM forever, will the event have to move to a new location next year and going forward, does MIM have $675,000 to pay out for those listed damages??
