Ceramic Coating Territory and Why We Should Have Tough Conversations With Ourselves as Well As Others

We have a fun episode today where we discuss many different topics in the auto detailing world. Marshall shares a story from a detailer in a Facebook group complaining about his ceramic coating territory. It seems it is all too common to hear these kinds of stories from auto detailers but, how can we look at these and learn from them? Marshall and Nick talk about the reality around there being no territories in the coating business. We have all been learning over the past 5-7 years that there is just no way to have a territory in coatings but why do companies and detailers keep fighting over it?  That topic of territories lead to a discussion on tough conversations and the importance of having them when it come to our life and business. We have all struggled to look in the mirror and have a tough conversation and we are just here to discuss that today.
