Loja.- El presidente del Movimiento Concertación, César Montúfar, en el noticiero Prensa Radial de SRRADIO, dijo que entregó una carta solicitando al Fiscal General de Estado, Galo Chiriboga llame a rendir testimonio al presidente y al vicepresidente de la República, Rafael Correa y Jorge Glas, respectivamente; al exalcalde de Quito, Augusto Barrera, y a Mauricio Rodas, alcalde de Quito en funciones.
