&Scaron;éf Centra historických vozidel (CHV) Českých drah Marek Plochý vede tým, který se stará o v&scaron;echna Českých drah. Ve sbírce jich mají ČD na 400 a je to průřez lokomotivami, motorovými vozy, elektrickými jednotkami, osobními vozy až například po zauhlovací jeřáby. Přibližně 30-40 procent z nich je provozních. &bdquo;Jsem velký fanda, když by bylo po mém, tak bych rád, aby jezdilo v&scaron;echno. Ale to nepůjde. Takže se vraťme do reality. Určitě dojde i k redukci vozidel, některá jsou v na&scaron;ich sbírkách ve vícero kusech a není v na&scaron;ich finančních ani časových možnostech v&scaron;echno udržet v provozu. Je to nákladný koníček, když to řeknu lidově.
