Also feels “heavier”, despite the fact that it is just the opposite. By default more flat and angular. Gnome: Think “Parallel Universe macOS” - a lot less customizable (though still a bit more customizable than Windows or Mac), but very sleek and modern, and behaves like a thoroughly modern OS - like you’d expect from a “parallel universe macOS”. Feels “lighter” even though it’s not. By default, softer and more rounded.
