An exciting episode to me, and shocking as a member of the Brighamite Church or Utah faction or The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. To have it sink in that through a process of law, the courts sided with The Reorganised Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as being the Rightful owners of the first temple The Kirtland Temple... and not The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! The reason being that the latter church had changed its doctrines, policies, teachings and everything compared to the original church established in 1830 and that the church matching and following on those teachings were the Reorganised Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
