Vandaag, wil ik de boodschap met u delen dat God ons het eeuwige leven heeft gegeven. Johannes 3:35-36 zegt, ''De Vader heeft de Zoon lief en heeft alle macht aan hem overgedragen. Wie in de Zoon geloofd heeft eeuwig leven, wie de Zoon niet wil gehoorzamen, zal dat leven niet kennen; integendeel, Gods toorn blijft op hem rusten.'' Hier wordt gezegd dat God de Vader het eeuwige leven heeft gegeven aan diegenen die in Zijn Zoon geloven. Dit eeuwige leven waar God hier op sprak betekent precies wat het letterlijk betekent, voor eeuwig te leven.
