Chad and Gracie from East Side Banh Mi

Chad Newton and Gracie Nguyen own You are Here Hospitality. Under that umbrella falls East Side Banh Mi, East Side Pho, SS Gai, and Sweeza Super Quesadilla in the Wash in East Nashville. They are also two of my favorite people in the city because they are so kind, and have been a great example of how to enter a new city and make friends quickly. Today they are celebrating 4 years of ESBM!! We talk about the last 4 years, and what's on the horizon, and what exactly do they do as Owner's of You Are Here Hospitality.
