Chad Higgins: Leadership and Organizational Growth in Uncertain Times with Rebecca and Ginger

Ginger and Rebecca get the chance to sit with Dr. Chad Higgins, the brand new CEO of ESSDACK. We explore the topic of leadership, humility, and personal growth in order to grow those around us into the future.  Chad demonstrates his deep thoughtfulness and introspection as a leader, even as he shares previous stances he’s taken.  We at ESSDACK believe that leadership is an action, not a title. EDIT: Chad asked to clarify that when talking about his high school football coach, the coach wasn't a yeller, as the stereotype of "football" coach is. Instead he was quiet, supportive, and just the type of guy to run a program you want to have your kids in. But then in college, Chad had a coach who was quite the opposite whose style was to yell, demoralize, and more. So both of these men influenced Chad's leadership style.
