I didn't plan on this episode being as long as it is, but I felt it was extremely important to go in to as much detail as possible in order to help the listeners understand more. I throw in more of my personal routines/rituals/self-care practices that you could try and see if it helps! The heart chakra is a seriously a tough one. It's the center of our energy and it connects the lower chakras to the upper chakras. All are equally important in living a satisfying, meaningful, and truly happy life. I just personally think that the Heart Chakra probably needs the most work in maintaining the balanced flow of energy.
