Being delayed for 55 hours in total ✈️🤯 Annoyed? Tired? Frustrated?From being delayed in Sofia for over 24 hours to getting flight back from Tel Aviv being cancelled just before we board. It’s been an amazing long weekend. When it comes to all the delays, this was something I had 0 control in. Zero! I had my few minutes of releasing my frustration. Then I focussed on what I can do instead. Now reflecting on this episode, it made me realise how much I have control in my health & fitness.
