The common theme is that these individuals faced their challenges head-on and grew through the experience, ultimately attaining mastery.We emphasize that the process of developing mastery involves three steps: challenge, growth, and mastery. It begins with a challenge that motivates individuals to overcome it and grow personally. As they work through the challenge, they develop mastery in that particular area.
