Society recognizes masculine and feminine energy and traits as being separate and has assigned qualities to both, but really the yin and yang of each is a necessary dynamic for each aspect of our lives. In this episode, I am joined by Oleh Prodan, a specialist in strength and conditioning who is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
