Chamber death case moves to jury trial

A judge has ordered all four defendants, including former Oxford Recovery Center CEO Tamela Peterson, to stand trial in the hyperbaric chamber explosion death of five year old Thomas Cooper. Charges include second-degree murder. Testimony during the preliminary exam focused on safety failures, including evidence that a grounding strap designed to reduce static electricity was not used.
