Championing Female Leadership

Asia, despite its growth —recording one the highest level in education and technology adoption— still discriminates against women in certain aspects. For example, Japan as one of the richest countries in the world is still laden with female discrimination in its society, from the exemption of female students' acceptance in University to microaggressions in the workplace. A redefinition of what female leadership is badly needed in society, but how and what that is the question and today we're going to talk with Anna Soemarmo about it.
