Troy and Adam met many moons ago on a rowing team. They have stayed close friends since and one day over a beer decided they would take the plunge together into the wine world. Troy brings business acumen, having a commercial background. Adam is a viticulturist with an eye for detail and quality. Chance Encounter Wines entered the Halliday wine awards for a quality check. Next thing they knew, their winery was shortlisted for the Best New Winery Award. Whether it be the McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills or the Barossa Valley, Troy and Adam are on a mission to craft wines of excellence and elegance.
