Chandler Cardon went from working in pipe fabrication in Louisiana with no clear career direction to becoming the Knoxville Market Owner for Performance Windows.After getting fired, Chandler made a decision that completely changed his trajectory. He gave up his apartment, put his belongings in storage, left Louisiana, and headed to Denver determined to make the opportunity work.The path from there wasn't always smooth.
