Send us a text and chime in!The City of Chandler will hold a General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 3, giving Chandler voters the opportunity to consider the following items: Proposition 430 – Continuation of the Local Alternative Expenditure Limitation, also known as the Home Rule Option. The Home Rule Option simply allows a municipality to make local decisions about how to spend tax revenues to benefit its community. Question 1- Granting a franchise to Arizona Public Service Company (APS). The agreement would allow the utility to construct, maintain, and operate its electrical system in the city-owned public rights-of-way.
