Chandler Hall is the Associate Director for Public Safety at the Center for American Progress. Before joining American Progress, Chandler worked for the University of Chicago Urban Labs, researching the impact of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in violence prevention programs. He joined Dr. Peterson for this week's Center for American Progress segment to discuss his recent analysis that found that Trump’s administration’s $1.7 billion National Guard deployments to Los Angeles, Washington, Memphis and New Orleans have failed to reduce violent crime.
