I have a reservation for tonight. Hello, 打扰了。我有一个今晚的预定。Receptionist: What name is the reservation under, please? 请问您使用什么名字进行预定的呢？Sherry:It is under Sherry. 用的是Sherry这个名字。（二）询问早餐Sherry: Could you tell me if breakfast is included in the price of the room? 您能告诉我房价是否包含早餐吗？Receptionist 1: There's complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby. 大厅里有免费的咖啡和小吃。Receptionist 2: Yes.
