Change in the Number of People Transacting!

This episode focuses heavily on the data that shows the change in transactions for this year, as opposed to the years that we have seen previously. The predictions and what we have experienced thus far are a decrease in transactions from both buyers and sellers. This results from many things in the market, especially the amount of inventory there is. What should you be doing now whether you are a veteran or a new realtor?
