They talk about how the world is changing faster than ever before and some companies aren’t able to make changes to keep up.  Joe says companies need to be able to reinvent themselves if needed, but this doesn’t mean start from scratch. Clint says he may not be the smartest guy in the room but he is always the hardest working. They talk about how people don’t often communicate with each other effectively and how it’s even harder now that so many people are working remotely. Clint believes communication through conversation is very important in order to get your message across clearly.
