Change is inevitable. Growth is optional. You can choose to stay in the negative space or move forward with lessons to teach. I get it. I'm headed back to Illinois next week for another funeral. Three years in a row now. The job market for government workers is anything but stable right now. Still, I find it hard to be upset because I know God has a plan, and I'm not privy to all the details right now. I can be sad and mourn the loss of my uncle. I can be concerned about my day job and sad to see all the people losing their jobs in my office right now. I also know I've been through worse. I know a path will be revealed along the way. I just need to be courageous enough to act when the time comes. The changes will happen either way. I get to choose the growth when it happens. No excuses! Kevin Brewer Rise Again From The Struggle
