Change is a constant part of life—whether it’s in our personal experiences, professionallandscapes, or the world around us. We can’t always control the changes that occur, butwhat we can control is how we respond to them. Growth, on the other hand, is a choice. It’sabout deciding whether to learn from the challenges and opportunities change brings or toremain stagnant. In real life, change happensconstantly. You can fight it or welcome it. It’s your choice. Change will occur regardless.  So,the question remains, why not embrace change? If change is going to happen anyway,fighting it won’t do any good. It’s better to figure out an approach to deal with change thatwill work for you.Remember this, an old English proverb sums it all up, “Just when the caterpillar thoughtthe world was over, it became a butterfly.”
