Change is inevitable is inevitable...why is it often so hard? What you are is what you have been what you will be is what you do now! Where or who I am now is the source of the greatest becoming....we have the ability at any moment to start afresh. When we start new NOW...as if everything is blown away. When we do that we have a new beginning right now. All the changes are an opening to something new... Every time we bring ourselves back to now we give ourselves a fresh start. It's just our thoughts and memories that keep pulling us back...we become robotic ..when we come back to now we are fresh and new.
