Change Starts From Within

In this episode I discuss how change starts from an inner examination that starts by an observation or shocking encounter with the truth. If you are in a place of uncertainty, change may be on the horizon for you. Being unwilling to accept the truth and move forward can stop you from changing. You cannot be afraid to let go of the old you if you want true change, you must be ready and willing to acknowledge that there is a brighter future. There is a new you that has yet to be seen in your life.
