Since we are in Black History Month. Tonight’s episode was about a very sensitive subject that we (the world) have different opinions in. Was the kneeling of Colin Kaepernick really a disrespectful thing to do? Personally, I do not believe so. That was his way of shed light to the issues at hand in regard to social injustice, racism, and police brutality against the people of color as well as his 1st Amendment right according to the Constitution of the United States of America. He was peaceful about his stance against the issues at hand, no harm was done except for him being blackballed out of the NFL but he gained so much just by kneeling. I was once told, “if you stand for something, you will fall for anything”. I have so much respect for Kaepernick and stand with him in his movement.
