Changeless God / Changing World
from Chris Stuart - Tyndale’s Plowboy Hosted by cstpb
The central message of this sermon is that the world's increasing pace of technological change has led to a false assumption that humanity itself is becoming better morally, when in fact it is not. The speaker argues that technology, while valuable for improving our lives, does not inherently improve human nature or morality. Instead, people have become confused about what truly matters, and have lost sight of absolute moral standards and values. This has led to a breakdown in family structures, a rise in immorality, and a failure to recognize the importance of God's plan for humanity. The speaker emphasizes that while technology changes rapidly, human nature and morality remain relatively unchanged, and that true stability and consistency come from God alone. Ultimately, this sermon is an invitation to re-examine our assumptions about the world and to seek guidance from God's unchanging character and purposes.
