In Episode 2 of CHANGEmakers, we shine a spotlight on Kaitlyn Maldonado, a student leader dedicated to empowering young girls through mentorship and the power of sports. Through Philanthropy Tank, students create year‑round programs that solve a challenge in our community. Through the process of creating a program, pitching it to philanthropist investors and mentors, and implementing the program, students learn many transferable professional skills and impact the community.With Girls Shooting for Success, learning goes far beyond the court. The program is built on mentorship, leadership, and the belief that young girls thrive when guided by those who have walked the path before them.
