Changes and the Vulnerability it brings

On today's show I will be talking about vulnerability. The vulnerability is something life brings us through. Change is something that really brings us into a deeper knowing of our self. The only thing that really brings us through the same kind of vulnerability is grief because most the time most of our hard changes like moving, job change, relationship type changes or even just changes through like teenage to adult is part of this vulnerability is scary to be with sometimes. I will be giving guidance on some tools to work through this vulnerability and also some guides on how to negotiate change especially when other people are going through the grief process if you are doing things that they don't always agree with.
