"Changing a Mature Company" with guest Kevin Hancock

Kevin Hancock, author of "The 7th Power: One CEOs Journey into Shared Leadership." is the CEO of one of the oldest lumber companies in the US, founded in 1848. In 2010, he acquired a rare voice disorder, which impacted his ability to speak. By studying voice-marginalized communities, he discovered there were ways people could regain their voice by seeing the purpose of the voice clearly. His voice condition became a gift to spread the message about creating a culture of being heard.
