Good morning everyone, today is Thursday. Happy Thursday. So today's article was published in Dancing Elephant's Press. It is a publication of medium publications.
The topic is changing intentions can be like a rocking boat and will grit. The subtopic is self-inventory, fuels attention and creates a pathway. Hello my lovely readers. I'm committing to doing a 12-week home workout program, Worship 1.0 by Heather Robertson, Observing My Body, Emotions and Mind, and Writing About Life Lessons.
Lord. On July 31st, I wrote about day one of week eight in my story, titled, What Do Dumbles Do to Spark Curiosity? As of today, August 27th, I have completed working out till day five of week 11. However, I haven't caught up with the writing part from day two of week eight onwards.
You might wonder, as a reader, do I need to know that? Yes, absolutely. Two comments from my audience, as I mentioned in the following post, which I wrote on day two, week one, is making me accountable to myself in a healthy and inspired way. I want to complete both the exercise and the writing part.
So I have given link to the article, a home workout program that propelled me to learn about myself. Go ahead and read that article also so that it makes sense to you. And I've also recorded a podcast episode reading that article. You can go search for it and listen to my voice.
I received the following comments. You are an inspiration to 50 plus age women Lalita. Awesome. I will start today and see whether I'm able to complete 12 weeks.
You are my inspiration. That's my... That's the... In case you missed it, you can read Life Lessons Learned and Takeaways from week one to week four in the article titled, Valuing Your Monday and Shores, Inspires.
And from week five to week seven in the following article, which is titled, This is How I Build My Growth Mindset. Sorry for my cuff. Why did I start writing about my 12-week home workout program? Initially, I thought that I can use the 12-week program as a habit builder and content creator.
What I mean is to commit and create a habit of working out from home to share the Life Lessons Learned each day by my astute observations as a story. It was like hitting two mangoes with one stone. What happened after day one week eight? Instead of self-publishing, I started submitting my articles to publications.
So what does it mean? Each publication has their own requirements. And the editors will review our article. And only when they publish, you can see it in my profile or in my articles page.
So do you see how my writing interests changed? So originally I said, okay, I will watch myself, learn about myself, and then I will write every day's story. And I will self-publish. There is an option in medium.com.
But now my design has changed from self-publishing to submitting the publications and seeing or learning how each publication's requirements are different. And I become creative. My focus shifted from using only the 12-week home workout experience as a content creation tool to publishing short stories under 150 words for short form publication, which is a sub-publication of medium, under 700 words for some other publication and longer ones using other content. How am I planning to continue to do the writing from day three week eight onwards?
Here's the thing. After I complete the day's workout, I immediately open a notepad and type the names of the exercises that I could remember and copy the video link of that day's workout. That document serves as a draft for me to build later on. Here it is, link to day two of week eight.
If you see the link, if you click the link, you will know what I'm saying. Maybe YouTube will be motivated to work out right now. Memory jogger. So this is what I remember from that exercise, from that workout, and quickly.
Put it in my notepad. Okay? Suitcase crunch, prayer crunch, lateral hold, hold clear crunch, basic bicycle crunch, load bridge, toe touch, spot sprint, ninja hop, hop up, chair pose, hold bicycle burnout, hold chair in front race, one leg deadlift, goblet squared, squatter, courtesy, lunge, front lunge, jump lunge. Do you see how many types of lungees are there?
And you see so many ways you can move your body, right? And then there's a name for that. So when you link your movement to a name, then you're able to register better, and then you're able to do that exercise, what to say. Doing that exercise becomes more meaningful to you.
So instead of beating myself up, I'm intending to come back to each backlog to draft and use creativity, honesty, consistency, and persistence to complete the writing for all the days of Heather Robertson's 12 week home workout program. Until I do that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading all the stories written so far and giving your time. Shout out to Thomas Menilla for a well-analyzed article, written, titled, Why is Average Life Not Enough Anymore? Then I've given a link to my link.

Go ahead and any questions you have. Send a contact form and be happy to answer your questions. With that said, you have a fantastic day. Bye-bye.
Enjoy, start doing some exercise. Something. Ten minutes, five minutes, whatever. Commit yourself to it and then reward yourself.
Then reward can be as simple as what? Taking a chocolate if you want to. I don't know. For me, it is just writing a simple note.
Lalita, please do one under ten minute exercise today. So I put a please for myself because I really want to be kind to myself. If I'm kind to myself, I'm kind to everybody, right? Because it all starts from me.
If I can fill my tank, then from the tank I can give it to you guys. So that's number one. Second thing is, I write it down because when you write it down, you are seeing for yourself, your fingers are moving with a pen. Then something happens neurologically.
There are a lot of scientific studies. You can go ahead and research and please learn more about that, but it has worked for me. So simply I write it. So I give a specific instruction to my brain.
Lalita, please do an under ten minutes, sometimes abs exercise or course exercise, code body exercise. And then I walk away and then later on I check myself. Then automatically I'll be driven to write, oh, then I say please complete this before eight p.m. I'll give a long window of time.
I've written this, please complete before eight p.m. In the morning, it about eight p.m. So that I don't feel pressured. So that way I am being patient with myself.
Then the third thing is once I'm done, I go check it off. When I check off, I feel like honestly I feel like a student who receives her paper from her teacher, where all my answers are right and check it off. And that's like for me a dopamine dose for running the rest of my day. I hope you're inspired too.
You have a fantastic day. Bye bye.
