About Marverine Cole Marverine Cole is a multi-award-winning Journalist and Broadcaster. She has worked for ITV Central, BBC, Sky News and QVC the first black female presenter. She has produced original radio documentaries for BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC 1Xtra and BBC Radio 4. She sits on the Board of Directors of Birmingham Royal Ballet and is a Senior Lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Journalism courses at Birmingham City University. Marverine is also a Voiceover Artist and a consummate Events, Conference and Awards Host. Marverine is one of Britain's leading beer commentators and is a Beer Sommelier (Britains first-ever black British beer sommelier) and has collaborated with breweries on her own beers.
