Changing the Narrative

from Grounded in the Middle. Hosted by Danielle Foulk

Have you ever gone to a chain restaurant before and it wasn’t very good? Maybe you tried it a second time and went to a different location, but it wasn’t any better? I’m guessing, unless you’re really forgiving and optimistic, you likely never returned to the chain restaurant again. So often we take our experiences we have in life and let it dictate their place in our lives in the future. Bad restaurant= you’ll never eat there again. Relationship with someone goes sour= we distance ourselves with the intent of severing the relationship. Or maybe there is a sports team you used to love just hasn’t been able to get it together for decades and you’ve labeled them as a lost cause. In today’s podcast, I’m going to share with you some experiences and thoughts around bringing awareness to the things we may have labeled earlier on in our life or maybe even yesterday, and how while some of the things we have labeled may be true, there is a good chance there has been a change and you could just be missing out on something good. {Let's Connect} Find me on Instagram @farmhousestoryteller Visit my website www.thefederalfarmhouse.com {Let's collaborate} Email Danielle Foulk at [email protected] It's my hope to inspire others to discover their pursuit to happiness and live a more authentic and enriched life.
